We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Every Kalyik piece is created with care, and we ensure your order is delivered with the same attention.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking link.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: Delivery in 2–4 working days after dispatch

• Non-Metro/Remote Areas: Delivery in 4–7 working days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional issues.

Missed Deliveries & RTO

• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

• If the package is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal:

  • A ₹200 reshipment fee will apply

  • COD orders that are not accepted may lead to future orders being restricted to prepaid only

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India

• COD Orders: ₹100 handling fee applies

We recommend placing prepaid orders for the best delivery experience.
